These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Manuscript Review Studio ("the Service") provided by Be Publish Ready. By purchasing a license or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

License

Upon purchase, you receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Manuscript Review Studio for your personal or commercial writing projects. Your license is tied to the email address used at purchase.

• Author Plan: 4 manuscript reviews per month, one device at a time
• Studio Pass (Unlimited): Unlimited manuscript reviews, one device at a time

Licenses may not be shared, resold, or transferred to another person or entity.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Share your license key with others or allow concurrent use by multiple users
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the application
• Use the Service to process content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or license verification
• Use automated systems to submit manuscripts in bulk beyond your plan limits

AI-Generated Content

The Manuscript Review Studio uses artificial intelligence to generate editorial feedback. AI-generated feedback is provided as a tool to assist your writing process and does not constitute professional editorial, legal, or publishing advice. You retain full responsibility for your manuscript and any publishing decisions you make.

AI feedback may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent. We do not warrant that the feedback will be error-free or meet your specific expectations.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Service, contact us at support@bepublishready.com and we will work to resolve it promptly.

Intellectual Property

The Manuscript Review Studio, including its design, code, and editorial framework, is the intellectual property of Be Publish Ready. Your manuscript content remains entirely yours. We claim no rights to any content you submit for review.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable access to the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time. We are not liable for any losses caused by service interruptions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Be Publish Ready shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or publishing outcomes.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license.

Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will note the updated date at the top of this page.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
